RETURNS POLICY

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just send the item back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. Depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund, as long as the item is unworn, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

 

We do ask that you take the time to complete the returns section on your dispatch form with your reason code for each item. It helps us to better design and plan our products for you. Needless to say, we want to know where we might have let you down or if you just needed to make sure you got the right item.

 

A little bit of fine print on your return. Welly Stoppers is not liable for any returns until they reach our warehouse. Returning items is at the risk of the customer. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office which is a free service when posting items back to us.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you wish to return your items, please prepare your package with your original dispatch note and send via your preferred carrier. We will process your return upon receipt and provide you with your refund or process an exchange. We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our products, if for some reason we have failed to meet your quality expectations, we will exchange your item or give you a credit equal to the value of your original purchase. However, if the item is damaged from other reasons after purchase, we are afraid that this does not count.

We offer this guarantee in good faith, so we do reserve the right to review quality return requests on a case by case basis. If you would like to request an exchange or refund under our Welly Stoppers policy, please contact us at enquires@wellystoppers.com.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy, so please bear with us.
