  • How long does it take to process my return?
    We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we're very busy, so please bear with us.
  • If I order on a Saturday & Select Next Working Day Delivery, will my Order Arrive on Monday?"
    Unfortunately no. As we do not dispatch items on a Saturday, any orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
  • When Will I Recieve my Order?
    If you choose our standard delivery method, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day using Royal Mail second class delivery. Orders should be received within 5-6 working days. First class orders should arrive within 2-3 working days. Additionally we offer a Next Working Day delivery service for orders placed before 12 noon at a cost of £8.00 per order. A signature will be required for these parcels and will delivered between the hours of 9am - 5.30 pm (approx). As we have no Saturday delivery, an order placed after 12 noon on a Thursday or before 12 noon on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

  • What if I bought a Welly Stoppers item from one of our stockists?
    If you have chosen to purchase your Welly Stoppers item(s) from one of our stockists (online or in store), you will need to check their individual returns policy for a refund or return. While we are always happy to help our customers, in this case you are going to have to deal with the stockist directly for any returns or exchanges.
  • If I am Ordering as a Present, is it Possible for the Order to be Sent to a Different Address?"
    Of Course! At the checkout process either enter the desired delievery address or add it as 'additional information' in the box provided.
  • Shipping to the UK
    Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 per order to all UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail Second Class. Alternatively we offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for £5.50. Additionally, we offer a Next Working Day delivery service for orders placed before 12 noon at a cost of £8.00 per order. A signature will be required for these parcels and will delivered between the hours of 9am - 5.30pm (approx). As we have no Saturday delivery, an order placed after midday on a Thursday or before midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after midday on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note, we are unable to offer Next Working Day delivery service for the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland. Other selected postcodes may also be excluded from this service. Deliveries to the Isle of Man are £15.00 per order. UK and EU orders will normally be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 6-10 working days.
  • Shipping to Ireland
    We can ship to Ireland for £10.00 per order which will normally be despatched within 24 hours and should arrive within 5-6 working days.
  • Shipping to Europe
    Our delivery charge to European countries is £25 per order and £30 per order in Worldwide.
  • Shipping to the Rest of the World
    Our delivery charge to the Rest of the World is £30 per order. Please note, import duties may be payable on your order.
  • Returns Policy
    If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just send the item back to us within 30 days from the date of receipt. Depending on your preferences and stock levels, we'll either exchange it or give you a full refund, as long as the item is unworn, with the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. We do ask that you take the time let us know what is wrong with your product. It helps us to better design and plan our products for you. Needless to say, we want to know where we might have let you down or if you just needed to make sure you got the right item. A little bit of fine print on your return. Welly Stoppers is not liable for any returns until they reach our warehouse. Returning items is at the risk of the customer. We recommend obtaining a proof of postage from the Post Office which is a free service when posting items back to us.
  • UK Returns
    Send by Royal Mail using the packing label included with your original order. For your convenience, the mailing address is as follows: Welly Stoppers UK RETURNS 1 St. Ambrose Close Dinas Powis Vale of Glamorgan CF64 4TW
  • International Returns
    If you do wish to return your items, please prepare your package with your original dispatch note and send via your preferred carrier. We will process your return upon receipt and provide you with your refund or process an exchange.   • Refund Policy
    We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our products but if for some reason we have failed to meet your quality expectations, we will exchange your item or give you a credit equal to the value of your original purchase. However, if the item is damaged from other reasons after purchase, we are afraid that this does not count. We offer this in good faith, so we do reserve the right to review quality return requests on a case by case basis.
